This is a great option for guests who want to enjoy the magical city of New Orleans while they're in town for the wedding. Just outside Hotel Indigo's front doors is the historic St. Charles Ave. streetcar line, granting easy access to downtown New Orleans, several bars and restaurants, and countless other attractions. The hotel is about 40 minutes away from the wedding venue, so please plan for the commute on the day of the wedding. Our guests will receive a special rate of $159/night. The Wingate by Wyndham is a lovely hotel located in Slidell, Louisiana, 30-45 minutes away from New Orleans, and only 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. Slidell is much smaller more laid-back than New Orleans, so this hotel is perfect for guests who want to take it easy and be close to the wedding action during their visit. At the Wingate, guests will enjoy free parking, a hearty full hot buffet free breakfast, and free WiFi. Our guests will receive a special rate of $85/night. You may make a reservation by calling the hotel directly at 985-288-4950 and providing the agent with the block name (Milligan & Moran Wedding). We apologize for the inconvenience, but online booking under the group block is not available at this time. We will update this page once it becomes available. Shuttle

Shuttle from Wedding Parking to Wedding Venue (5 minute ride)

November 3, 2018 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Please park in the parking lot of the St. Tammany Parish Administrative Complex located at 520 Old Spanish Trail, Slidell, LA 70458. Since the wedding venue is a home in a residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests NOT TO PARK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, and instead park at the St. Tammany Parish Administrative Complex (Clerk-Court) and take advantage of the shuttle service provided. The parking lot is in the back of the building and the shuttle takes about 5 minutes. The shuttle will pick up guests under the covered back entrance of the building, and will run continuously from 12:15pm until the end of the reception.

Flight

Flight to New Orleans

Guests will need to fly into New Orleans (MSY) and make arrangements to get to Slidell, which is where the wedding will take place. Slidell is about 45 minutes from New Orleans. An easy option would be to rent a car so you have easy mobility during your stay. Using other services such as taxi and ride hailing (Uber/Lyft) are also options.
