Our favorite things to do in Ames are exploring the shops on Main Street, strolling through the beautiful Reiman Gardens, and checking out some cool artifacts at the Ames History Museum! Iowa State University has a beautiful campus and is a great place to explore. Additionally, there are many high quality sand volleyball courts scattered throughout town as well as skilled senior players available for some highly competitive recreation.
