What is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at Truist Bank and LiveSafe Resources. Uber and other rideshare options are readily available in the area. Please note, vehicles are not permitted to stay on property overnight. Any vehicles left behind are subject to towing. Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time if needed! Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you digitally RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The venue welcomes guests thirty (30) minutes prior to the ceremony starting time. Doors will open at 4:30 pm. Upon arrival to the venue, guests will be directed to the outdoor courtyard where the ceremony will take place. Access to the interior of the house will be limited to allow vendors to finalize set up and photos.

What about guests with mobility concerns?

Answer

The Whitlock Inn is ADA compliant. Access to the ceremony in the courtyard has paved paths and there is a ramp leading into the house. There is an ADA compliant restroom in the ballroom.

Where is everything taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside in the courtyard. Dinner will be outdoors, and dancing inside. The reception will have both indoor and outdoor access. Average temperatures: High 73 degrees Low 50 degrees We have a weather alternate plan in place at Whitlock should we experience rain on the wedding day.
