We kindly ask all guests to RSVP no later than APRIL 15th, 2025. This will be the last day before catering decisions need to be submitted and we cannot accept any late responses. If your RSVP has not been submitted before April 15th, we will have to assume you will not attend.
We currently have rooms available under our wedding party at the Country Inn & Suite by Radisson at a discounted rate. Please see the travel tab for direct links and more details!
On our travel page, we have Uber vouchers for you to claim for safe travel between the hotel and the venue. If you plan on driving to the venue, there will be plenty of parking available to guests. Please note that the venue does not allow for overnight parking, so please plan accordingly. We strongly encourage guests to practice safe driving and to use this travel service to ensure everyone gets home safely! For additional details and how to use this service, please see the travel tab.
There will be lots to see when you first arrive! We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4 p.m. to make room for exploration, greetings, guest book signing, photo ops, and to find a seat before the festivities begin.
Yes! We will have vegetarian and vegan options available to our guests. Please make sure to select the correct option in your RSVP, or let us know of any specific food allergies in the dietary restrictions section.
Weather permitting, we hope to have our ceremony outdoors in the warm spring sun. Directly following, there will be a cocktail hour as the Bride and Groom step away for photos. The reception will commence shortly after inside the conservatory, with the outdoor patio open for guests to wander, chat, and play games.
Yes! Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, Venue3Two, so there will be no hustle and bustle to travel between the two events. Guests will have time to relax, grab a drink, use the restroom, and say hi to loved ones at cocktail hour while the wedding party captures some dreamy photos!
Once we tie the knot, we're all family. Please sit where you are most comfortable, but please reserve the front row for the immediate family of the bride and groom. For the reception, we will post seating arrangements at the entrance to the conservatory to direct guests to their seats.
We promise to not let our guests go hungry! Light snacks and cocktails will be served at cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. An Italian buffet will be served after a few introductions and speeches at the reception. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP.
Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited venue capacity, so we can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one unless stated on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
To help create a wonderful experience for all, we kindly ask that only the children listed on your invitation join us for the celebration. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. We can’t wait to celebrate together!
We love a theme, and if you'd like to participate, we’re asking everyone to come dressed in “garden party formal” (yep, it’s a thing). Think pretty florals, pastel colors, or anything that would make you feel like you're going for tea at some ritzy garden party. Ladies, flowy dresses or cute jumpsuits are perfect; guys, a light suit or dressy shirt will totally work. Just keep it comfy but classy. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors - so ladies, maybe rethink the stilettos! While we encourage guests to embrace the garden party theme for a fun and cohesive vibe, it’s not a requirement. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the day, so wear what makes you happy!
We invite guests to be in the moment with us on our special day. We kindly ask that during the ceremony, all cell phones and electronics be silenced and put away for an unplugged ceremony. Our photographers will be taking stellar photos of the occasion, and we promise to share the lovely memories with you! After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you want! We will have a hashtag and QR code set up to share pictures with the rest of the wedding guests. Strike a pose and take as many photos as you'd like!
After the wedding, come back to our wedding website and find a new tab called "Gallery" to see all the professional photos our photographers took of the day.
