Question

Do I need to get my own transportation?

Answer

No! We will be providing a private car service for all guests to and from the airport. Please head to the "Getting There" section for more information.

Can you get US Dollars on Property?

Answer

No. If you plan on using US dollars in cash, please bring it with you. The front desk will break larger bills if needed. All ATMs on the property will only have Pesos.

Can I remove my bracelet for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. However, do not lose it! If you lose the wristband, you will be charged a fee for a replacement.

Can I go off property?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle that can take you to any of the other Pueblo Bonito Resort locations. You can also get a taxi at the check-in area to go into Downtown Cabo.

Can I swim at the beach on property?

Answer

No. The conditions of the water are unsafe and commonly have riptides. However, if you would like to swim in the ocean, you can take the resort provide shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Rose where it is safe!

Will pricing be in US dollars?

Answer

No. Pricing that is shown at the resort is all in Pesos. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing sunscreen, memorabilia or any other shopping.

Do the staff speak English?

Yes! The staff can speak English and are extremely friendly.

Is there an app for the resort?

Answer

Yes! We highly recommend downloading the app and setting up an account. The app with be to help you see the map, view menus, order room service, make dinner reservations and book activities.

When can I check in?

Answer

Check in is at 3 PM local time. If you are arriving earlier than check in time, they provide a free bag check service. You will be able to partake in the resort prior to check in.

When is check out?

Check out is at 11 AM on the final day of your reservation. Please make sure you go to the front desk to compete the check out procedure.

Is there Wi-fi on the resort?

Answer

Yes! There is free wi-fi provided on the resort. It can be activated by signing in with your last name and room number.

Will my cell phone work?

Answer

We recommend that you check with your cell phone provider beforehand if you have coverage. Please do so to avoid any unexpected roaming charges on your bill.

Do I need adapters for electronic devices and chargers?

No! All plugs on the resorts will be the same as plugs in the US.

Can I make dinner reservations?

Answer

Yes! Reservations can be made on the Pueblo Bonito App or by calling the concierge.

How do I get around the resort?

Answer

The resort is walkable! However, you can call for a golf cart! Dial 6000 from any phone on the resort. They will ask where you are and what your room number is. The shuttles are included and waiting time is normally less than 5 minutes.
