When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If you are planning to share our special day, please confirm your attendance by June 30th via the RSVP tab.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We welcome children to join us in celebrating our wedding day. Please let us know if yours will be attending so we can make proper arrangements for them.

Question

Are you able to bring a guest to the wedding?

Answer

To ensure the safety and well-being of all, only those individuals whose names appear on the invitation will be permitted to attend. The formal invitation will reflect instances where provisions have been made for additional guests.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outside unless unforeseen weather issues. The reception will take place indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There will be transportation from the hotel to the venue. If you are not a guest at the hotel you are still welcome to park at the hotel and use the transportation provided to ensure all guest safety. However, if you would like to drive your own vehicle you are welcome to do so. Parking at the venue is free.

What are the COVID-19 guidelines?

Answer

We would love for everyone to share our special day with us, however, to protect our loved ones, and friends we are REQUIRING everyone to be fully vaccinated as well as provided negative covid-19 test results within 72 hours. Please email a copy of your vaccination card and results to Headoverhawkins@gmail.com. We hope you understand our commitment to keeping everyone safe.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HeadOverHawkins2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
