What is going on with COVID-19?

We are still proceeding with our August 8th date. The following precautions will be in place: 1. Reduced guest list (please get your RSVPs in this week!) to be less than 100 people. Which is well under 50% capacity of the venue. 2. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors as long as it is not raining. 3. Hand Sanitizer will be available on each table. 4. Dinner will be a service buffet- gloved and masked staff will serve you from a buffet line. All dinnerware will be disposable and already placed at your seat. 5. If you have been sick or in close contact with someone who has tested positive, we kindly ask that you stay home. 6. Please feel free to bring and wear a mask!

While we do not have a room block, there are several hotels in the area. We suggest: The Courtyard Marriott- 1856 Remount Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054 or The Hilton Garden Inn- 444 Cox Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Separk has plenty of free parking! Pull in through their driveway and head straight back.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes! We will have passed appetizers, an open wine/beer bar, as well as a dinner and wedding cake.
