What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 4:00 - 4:15 PM.

Where can I park?

Answer

There are various parking lots in Station Square. They are all owned and operated by the City of Pittsburgh (not the hotel). The most convenient may be the parking garage located directly across from the hotel. Parking per night is $34. If you are not staying overnight, you will pay the daily rate. Please note that the hotel does not validate parking.

What should I wear?

There is no dress code for the occasion, but we recommend semi-formal attire.

Where will the ceremony take place?

The ceremony will take place at the Sheraton in the Fountainview room, located on the second floor.

When can I check in to my room?

Answer

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed. To request early check-in? We recommend calling the hotel for that availability.

What time does the reception start?

Answer

We will host a cocktail hour following the ceremony from 5:00 - 6:00 PM. The reception will begin at 6:00 PM and go until 10:00 PM.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Um, have you met Josh? There won't be anything formal, but we plan to head to the hotel bar, located inside its lobby, following the reception.
