It all started when we found out that we lived at the same apartment complex. We locked eyes as we were both headed to our cars. Since we lived across from each other we constantly saw each other and decided to start talking as friends. Every day we made plans to hang out on the steps to our apartments and would talk for hours. One day he asked me to be his girlfriend and I was as happy as can be. Over the years of our relationship, we traveled, spent time with family, grew together, lived together, and now we are getting to go through the rest of our lives together.

It started off as a normal day. We got ready, went to the mall, and had plans to go to Noccalula Falls with my close family. My mom, Mandy, made sure that I looked cute for "pictures" and of course I didn't think anything of it as that's usually what she tells me when going out somewhere picture worthy. We got to Noccalula Falls and the Christmas lights were so beautiful. We walked around for a few minutes and decided to sit while my mom went to find my "sister." Next thing I know I'm blindly walking around a turn and all I see is Josh. He gets down on one knee and says the most genuine words to me all ending with the "Will you marry me?." I happily said yes and then I saw the world again. Both of our families standing around us with the biggest smiles waiting to congratulate us. Words will never describe the way I felt that day and I can only imagine how it will be on the best day of our lives. We can't wait to share this day with you all and be surrounded by love!
