Do you have any lodging recommendations?

Answer

See travel tab for hotel block info. Other hotels in the area include: John Carver Inn and Spa (12 minutes from the venue and about a mile from Hotel 1620) Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth (11 minutes from the venue) Hampton Inn and Suites Plymouth (16 minutes from the venue) Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Plymouth (16 minutes from the venue) Mirabeau Inn and Spa at the Pinehills (next door to the venue) There are also many rentals available on airbnb, vrbo, along with other short term rentals in the area including Harbourtown Suites (also located across from the Plymouth Waterfront).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive around 4-4:15pm to allow time to park and get settled at the ceremony space.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal attire. Think ladies in an elegant cocktail, midi, or full length dress or jumpsuit/romper and gentleman in a jacket and tie or suit. While the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside, all areas are undercover incase of inclement weather.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

In addition to the ceremony and reception on Saturday 9/6/25, we also will be having an informal welcome party on Friday 9/5/25 from 5-8pm at East Bay Grille on Plymouth Waterfront. Stop by if you are in town to say Hi and start the celebration! After the reception we will also have an after party at East Bay Grille at Plymouth Waterfront from 10pm-12:30am. If you want to keep the party going feel free to join us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are taking place at a golf club. There is ample parking located to the right of the main entrance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, we have decided this is an adults only event. Please plan according and come ready to party!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our ceremony and reception space we will only be able to accommodate those on the formal invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do! When formal invitations are sent out there will be a place to include any dietary restrictions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due August 8th! Please RSVP as soon as you know if you are able to attend so we can begin to plan our last minute details. You can RSVP by QR code that will take you to the RSVP part of our website, or you can email us.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from both hotel blocks before the ceremony. And there will be a shuttle that takes a few trips after the reception to each hotel as well as to the after party! You will be responsible for your own transportation home after the after party. If you are staying at Hotel 1620 it only .3 miles back to the hotel. Please plan accordingly. This is located in a popular location in Plymouth, uber/ Lyft should also be available.
