What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive to the venue by 4:30pm, ceremony is at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail/dressy causal. We want everyone to look nice while still being comfortable! Color theme: teal, hot pink, orange, coral, light pink, maroon/cranberry.

Kids are welcome, all we ask if that they are properly supervised as we don't want anyone getting hurt.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has a large dirt parking lot surrounding the building. There are a limited number of handicap spaces, so please save them for those who need it.

Food? Drinks?

Answer

Bad Bass BBQ will be catering: Pulled pork, potato salad, smoked mac and cheese, house salad, coleslaw, rolls. We will also provide water and sweet tea. ** The venue is BYOB only. We cannot provide alcohol for guests** With that said, you are welcome to bring coolers/ice chests.
