Question

Should we stay in Brooklyn or Manhattan?

Answer

We recommend you stay in Manhattan at the Beekman or nearby. While our ceremony and reception are in Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo, there aren't many hotel options that we'd recommend in that area. We will be providing transportation to and from Brooklyn, and our welcome drinks and after party will be in downtown Manhattan!

What time should I arrive at Plymouth Church?

Please arrive at 4 pm! We will start the ceremony shortly after 4 pm.

What's the Attire?

We suggest formal attire - suit for men; midi-dress, or long dress for women. We'll also have a coat check at the reception, so dress warm!

How do I get everywhere?

Answer

You are welcome to find your own way to Plymouth Church, but we will be providing transportation from The Beekman Hotel to the church. We will have buses to take you from the ceremony to the reception. After the reception ends, we will have buses take you back to the hotel. I have a car. Where should I park?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from The Beekman Hotel to Plymouth Church, from Plymouth Church to the reception, and from the reception to The Beekman Hotel. If you plan to drive, we recommend you park near The Beekman Hotel in Manhattan and take buses over to the ceremony with the hotel guests. This way you can take a bus back to your car after the reception. If you decide to drive directly to the ceremony and/or reception, you will need to find parking. The reception is a 5-10 minute drive from the ceremony.
