We’ve put together a few frequently asked questions to help make planning your trip and wedding weekend as easy as possible. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of us! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM and will last about 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive a little early — no one wants to be that person making a grand entrance halfway down the aisle.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are large parking lots at the venue, and staff and/or signage will be on hand to point you in the right direction.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes — we’re looking for a Garden Party Formal vibe. Think elegant and elevated with a touch of fun: colorful attire, floral dresses, and polished suits or sport coats. Our celebration embraces the beauty of a summer evening on a golf course — light, colorful, and full of personality. We can’t wait to see how our guests bring their own style to a setting full of color, charm, celebration, and a whole lot of love!

Can I bring a date?

No - we've carefully planned our guest list, so we’re only able to accommodate the names listed on the invitation. We hope you understand — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ADORE your kiddos, but our wedding is adults only.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will go out in April. Please RSVP by July 1 so we can finalize all the details one month before our wedding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know your dietary restrictions and/or needs so we can make arrangements with the caterer. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration safely and deliciously!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is fully accessible, and our staff will be happy to assist with any needs to ensure everyone can enjoy our celebration.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding?

Answer

No shuttle this time! We encourage guests to arrange their own transportation, ubers and ride shares or carpooling so everyone can get to and from the venue safely!!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, please leave the photos and videos to our INCREDIBLE videographer, photographer, and content creator. We got that part covered! ;) After that, feel free to take as many pictures or videos and capture the night. Don't forget to tag us!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The reception will wrap up around 10:30. There is no official after party - BUT we may head out to a few local bars after to keep the fun going!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will start with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by three different plated meal options: 1. Tenderloin Medallions (with burgundy wine sauce) 2. Stuffed Boneless Breast of Chicken (with tuscan stuffing with sundried tomatos & basil cream sauce) 3. Lemon Basil Pasta (select pasta, basil, lemon, roasted zucchini, parmesan)

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

No worries! You can always try to call the two provided options of hotels and ask if there is room for the Sneath / Fryzel Wedding. If not, there are plenty of hotels nearby where you can stay. Reach out if you need additional help!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony is outside by the golf course, cocktail hour is inside and outside, and reception is indoors - with a beautiful deck to enjoy the summer weather!

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

You can RSVP either online or by mailing back your invitation - whichever option is easiest for you!
