Is there a dress code?

We invite you to dress up for our special day — formal attire with a western elegance flair (if you'd like), and boots are always welcome! Please no jeans.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding reception will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding and for making arrangements ahead of time. We cannot wait to celebrate together.

Can pictures be taken?

Answer

We would love for all guests to take endless pictures and videos of their experience throughout the event so we can look back on our special day, but we kindly ask during our ceremony to refrain from all photos and videos so our photographer & videographer can capture the moment for us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us all night, but the questionable dance moves and hangover will be on you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation between the hotel and the venue. Parking will be available on site. However, there will be a bus from the hotel in Woodstock to the venue at 5:15 and a drop off at the end of the night.
