Q&A

If you have any other questions, other than what's listed here, feel free to reach out to us!
Question

Are kiddos allowed?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception. We hope you understand this decision was not made lightly, as we love your little ones dearly. We hope that you will still be able to join us!

Question

Are we allowed to bring boats (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, etc.)?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! We'd love for you to take advantage of the waterfront just a couple of feet from the cabins! There are several boat launches on Mooselookmeguntic Lake, one of which is just a short distance from Bald Mountian Camps. There are also some kayaks, paddle boards, tubes available on site to use for FREE (if you’re renting a cabin)!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-casual attire, but feel free to get as fancy as you'd like! Our only ask is that you wear something comfortable to dance! Additionally, please note that under the event tent is crushed stone, so going shoeless is not an option (please wear shoes that will hold up all night).

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

We have a plan B! Should mother nature act up, the ceremony will be held in an inside location at Bald Mountian Camps. The reception will be under the outside tent, regardless of weather.

Question

How do I rent an on-site cabin?

Answer

** ONLY 1 LEFT ** Most of the cabins sleep 7-8 people. That being said, if there are people that you'd like to bunk/share a cabin with, please plan ahead with those folks & let us know ASAP so that we can reserve a cabin for you! No deposits are required for cabins. You'll pay for the cabin rental when you check-in on Friday afternoon/evening. ALL CABIN RENTALS REQUIRE A 2 NIGHT STAY (Friday & Saturday night).

Question

What time should we arrive/ be ready for the wedding/ ceremony?

Answer

About 10 -15 minutes before the ceremony is perfect 😊 We are going to be taking all of our photos before the ceremony, so that we have more time with you during the reception! Please be aware of that as you make your way to the ceremony (if photos are still underway).
