Is there a dress code?

We’d love for our guests to dress in formal attire to help make the evening feel special, but please don’t stress—semi-formal is just fine too!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In our efforts to respect our venue's capacity and keep our celebration intimate, your invitation is specifically for you. We kindly ask that no additional guests be brought to the event unless otherwise stated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue with the option to take a shuttle for those who may require assistance.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Where should we stay if we are coming from out of town?

Answer

The venue, located in Grants Pass, OR, is 40 minutes from Medford Rogue Valley International Airport. Medford has many hotel options, and so do surrounding towns (ex: Jacksonville, and Grants Pass). Do I need a rental car, or can I Uber?

Answer

While you shouldn't have a problem getting an Uber/Lyft during daytime hours, sometimes it can be difficult to find a driver late nights/early mornings. We have linked some rental car companies (on the Travel page) and recommend renting a car to get from the venue.
