Where and when should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:25 in the evening. Please arrive no later that 5:15 pm. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Heathfields Farm, located at 4211 McKeever Pike, Williamsburg, OH 45176.

How do I RSVP, and what if I don’t RSVP in time?
Answer
To RSVP, simply click the RSVP tab above and submit your response by April 1st. If we don’t receive your RSVP by that date, unfortunately, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, but we need to provide an exact guest count to our vendors. Late RSVPs cannot be accommodated, meaning there will be no seating, food, or drink available for you.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will no longer be able to make it, please notify us as soon as possible.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a few that will be part of the ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your guest name is listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the attire?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting all our guest dress in semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

What colors are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing pastel florals. Feel free to wear any colors or patterns you want!

Ceremony: 5:25 pm - 5:45 pm Cocktail Hour: 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm Dinner: 6:45 pm - 8 pm Dancing: 8 pm - 10 pm Grand Exit: 10 pm

Will there be a bar?

Yes! There will be a beer/seltzer & wine cooler bar! We ask that you be patient and respect our bartenders!

What will the weather be?
Answer
Ohio is very unpredictable! Let's pray for perfect weather, however, please come prepared for temperature ranging from high of 78 degrees and a possible low of 50 degree.
