We met during the pandemic, when work was going through a downsizing and our new boss had us become team buddies. 0ur first video call was set up for 30 minutes, but we ended up talking for well over an hour. From there, the talking really never stopped. We started texting every day and texts turned into phone calls every night. Although many miles apart, we learned a lot about each other virtually and became really good friends. After about nine months, we met in person, and we just knew this was something special.
