How should I book my room?

Answer

All room bookings should be made directly with our travel agent Beverly Hartong at beverlyhartong@gmail.com or (330)805-7601. She has discounted rates, and we currently have rooms blocked specifically for our event. Please note that your room can be reserved with a deposit and paid in full by August 2026.

Answer

Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months as you will not be permitted to travel. What is the name of the resort?

Answer

The resort that all of our events will be taking place at will be Majestic Elegance.

How should I book my flight?

Answer

All flights can be booked on your own. The airport you will be flying into is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 7th, 2026.

What is a soft RSVP?

Answer

A soft RSVP gives us a tentative idea of who may/may not be attending so that we can begin to estimate numbers for travel, accommodations and events. This is not the formal RSVP, and all responses can be changed once our invitations are sent out. We’re so excited to (hopefully!) celebrate with you in the Dominican sunshine ☀️

Is there transportation from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle company that will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the resort along with day of departure if you'd like. Beverly will assist with booking shuttle service for all of our guests.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire, colorful semiformal dresses, summer suits, simple sundresses, breezy maxi dresses. What you feel your best in! :)
