When should I RSVP by?
Answer
July 1, 2025 If unable to RSVP via website please call Courtney or Derek.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are limited to the number of guests. If you are given a plus 1, this will be indicated on the invitation.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and to find a seat. There is limited seating for the ceremony, we kindly ask you to allow immediate family to sit first.

Will it be outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes both will be at Batavia Country Club in Batavia.

Can we take photos at ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask you not take pictures. We would like an unplugged ceremony, photographer will be there to capture the event.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. Please consider it a "night out" for yourself.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes there is open bar except during dinner. The bar will still be available but its cash only.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

This will be a buffet style dinner.

Yes, please let us know so we can accommodate your need.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Our greatest gift would be your presence on our special day! However, if you still wish to give a gift we have registered on this Zola for the Honeymoon, Amazon and Target.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There will be a block booked at Batavia Downs in Batavia. Take a look at the Travel tab. La Quinta is also a local hotel.
