We first met back in 2009 at MLK High. Who would've thought that skipping 5th period to play basketball in the gym would turn into finding my Soulmate! We crossed paths in the bleachers when I noticed we were wearing the same Nikes. I made a joke about it, and she laughed as I walked away. That next week, we realized we had the same lunch and it was over from there! We ate lunch together every day and though we weren't in the same grade or ever have a class together, we built a genuine friendship that would last over time. As we kept in touch and spent time, we grew closer and closer past friendship. Through good and tough times, we always kept God first and trusted his timing. All of these years later, here we are!
