How & When Do I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP section of our website to submit your RSVP. The RSVP will open once formal invitations have been sent out to guests! To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by 14th July 2026. This will help us to finalise all the details and ensure that everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. Unfortunately, should we not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to assume you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The venue will open for guests from 1:00pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to park, sign the guestbook and settle in. We kindly ask that everyone is seated by 1:45pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. To avoid any disruption, late arrivals may need to wait until the drinks reception to join us.

Is The Weddding Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

We are hoping that the ceremony and drinks reception will be outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are kindly requesting a formal dress code for guests. Think floor length or cocktail dresses or a dressy jumpsuit for the ladies and suit trousers and a shirt for the gentlemen. You can wear whichever colour you like, but ladies please no white. Please keep in mind that there are areas of soft grass at the venue when choosing your shoes for the day! Most important of all, we want all of our guests to feel comfortable in what the are wearing.

Are Children Invited?

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of family members. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a special evening with us, and a little time to relax and celebrate!

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We're so excited to share our special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. As there is a capacity limit set by the venue, unfortunately we are only able to accomodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. We appreciate and thank you so much for your understanding!

Can I Take Photos/Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers who will capture all the important and special moments of the day. We will, of course, share are photos with you as soon as we can. After the ceremony, you're welcome to capture as much as you like and snap away!

Can I Share Photos On Social Media?

Answer

Of course! We would love nothing more than for you to share the moments you captured! However, we do kindly request that you hold off on posting any photos of the Bride and Groom until we have had the opportunity to share some of our own as Mr and Mrs Sheen-Heggie.

Will There Be A Bar?

Answer

There will be a bar at the venue, offering a selection of drinks available for purchase throughout the day. If you'd like to check the drink prices beforehand, just let us know and we'll be happy to share the list with you. Please keep in mind that the venue is cashless, so be sure to bring your bank card if you'd like to enjoy a drink!

Is There Parking At The Venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue and your car can also be left in their carpark overnight.

What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'no' so that we can plan accordingly.
