First off, we are so excited to get the opportunity to celebrate with everyone! As much as we would love for every single one of you to be with us on our big day, we understand that this may not be the case. Everyone's health and safety come first. We realize the thought of traveling and attending a large event is out of some people’s comfort zones and we completely understand and support everyone's decisions either way.

Courtney and Danny crossed each other's paths a few times in college prior to coming together. They were initially briefly introduced by their respective roommates who were dating at the time (now happily married). Many months after the initial meeting, a particular night on the town in Pullman (Go Cougs) at a bar called Valhalla rekindled this prospective flame.

Just weeks after Courtney and Danny became an item, Courtney was accepted into Veterinary School on the other side of the world. She excitedly showed Danny her acceptance email while in the one class they shared. At the time, it wasn't even a thought that things would get too serious, but throughout the last 6 months of college, things changed. Danny and Courtney spent all the time they could together ending their last year of college on the highest note possible. Graduation and summer came and went, and it was time for Courtney to leave. After a heartbreaking "see you later" the next 4 years consisted of many phone calls, texts, and video chats with a summer and winter break here and there. In May 2019, Courtney finally made her way home and the rest of their lives began.

Having not been back to Pullman since graduation, Courtney was ecstatic to return for a football game with Danny and their closest friends. At first Courtney got her hopes up that it may happen, but her MOH continued to place doubt in her mind until it was accepted that this was just going to be a fun weekend with friends. The morning started out with breakfast Bloodys at Birch & Barley and continued with a walk around campus to see all of their old stomping grounds. They made a pit stop at Valhalla where Danny and Courtney first started their relationship and Danny surprised Courtney by pulling a ring out of his pocket and asking that important question. In true Courtney fashion a curse word followed by a yes, they were engaged in the happiest place on earth. One final note: If you are feeling ill, please stay home! We want this to be a safe and fun event for everyone and ensure everyone feels as comfortable as possible. We're so excited to celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives with you.
