What is the RSVP Deadline?

September 1, 2025. We understand life happens, if you RSVP and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the children of our immediate family. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding kid-free, and take the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. Thank you!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail Semi Formal: Think of it as “dressy casual” — an elevated version of your everyday work outfit. Options may include suits, dressy jumpsuits, pantsuits, or simply a button-up with slacks. Cocktail: Midi dress, short formal dress, jumpsuit, dress pants, suit, blazer, sport coat, suit jacket. Regardless, we want our guests to feel their BEST. Wear what you feel most beautiful in! (Don't be concerned with what color to wear either, brides won't be in white)

Parking Information

Answer

The venue is within a gated community. When you arrive please give your name to security and let them know you are here for "Courtney and Caitlin's wedding". Proceed up the hill and the clubhouse will be at the top of the hill on your right. If there is parking available in the parking lot, you can park anywhere that does not say "resident only." Otherwise, please park along the hillside. If you plan to drink, please have a designated driver or call an Uber/Lyft.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The event will be taking place at a clubhouse. However, we will mostly be outside on the grass area. Please keep in mind as the sun goes down, you may need a jacket.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. However, if you want to tip our lovely bartenders, you can bring some cash. The bar will close at 9:30 p.m.
