When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by September 1, 2023. If you do not RSVP by then, we will assume you are not coming and cannot accommodate for catering.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal, preferably slacks, and no white dresses.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Make it a date night for you and your significant other. We are only able to accommodate flower girls, the ring bearer, and their siblings.

When and where should I book my flight?

Answer

Book your flight ASAP, the sooner you book, the cheaper it will be. Fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport or Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport. Note: The only airline that flies into the Killeen Airport is American Airlines.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Take SH-71 W for 14 miles, then take a slight right on US-281 N, after 38 miles you will take a left on FM-1431 for 1 mile, then take a right on FM-2342 for 14 miles. You will take a winding country road until you come across a massive wooden arch that says "Log Country Cove." Upon entering the arch, head straight down until you pass Shadyside Lodge. You will reach a metal fence on your left with a small arch that says "Cedar Skies." You will park in front of the fence. There will be signage to direct to our wedding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Do not arrive later than 4:30 p.m. and be seated no later than 4:45 p.m. Guestbook "sign-in" will take place from 3:45 p.m.-4:45 p.m. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m.

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Heavy Appetizers will be provided in place of dinner. Try to eat before arriving if heavy appetizers will not be enough.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, it is BYOB and only the hired bartenders are able to serve alcohol. Due to the venue's policy, any alcohol left over at the end of the night will be given to the couple.

Where am I sitting at the reception?

Answer

A seating chart will be available before the reception. The seating chart was carefully thought of by the Bride and Groom based on individual personalities and relationships.
