When Should I RSVP by?

We kindly request your response by September 27, 2024. We look forward to having all of our family and friends in one place to celebrate this special day!

Can I bring guests without RSVP on Zola?

Answer

In order to ensure the seamless coordination of our event, we request that all guests RSVP through Zola or through contacting us directly. If you or your guest's name does not appear on Zola's guest list, we are unable to account for their attendance, which means we will not have a space reserved for them. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to reach out to us directly for further questions regarding any arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation and support as we prepare for our special day!

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair (18+). We hope you understand and can make arrangements accordingly. Your presence is what matters most to us, and we can't wait to celebrate this special day with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 4:00 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. The venue kindly asks that you get to the venue no earlier than 3:30 pm to allow staff and the bridal party an opportunity to get ready for the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Yes, please let us know in the RSVP section and we will plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding will be semi-formal or cocktail attire. We kindly ask that jeans are not worn to the wedding. We are looking forward to seeing you all look and feel your very best to celebrate with us!

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Heritage Prairie Farm. The ceremony will be in the barn on site, and the reception will be in a big white tent!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a small parking lot available at the venue, along with street parking on Brundige Road. If you do not wish to drive your car, a shuttle will be available at the hotel (Hotel with room block information and link available in “Travel” section).
