Nope! Everyone will be let into the parks for the ceremony and the dessert party by a Disney cast member. However, if you want to spend any time in Disney separate from these two events, you will need a ticket. Specialized tickets are available on the travel page.
If the room block is sold out or doesn't have the room/resort you'd like. You can contact Courtney to add the room to the room block or book directly through Disney or DVC and send me your confirmation number.
Yes!!! This is a family, vacation style wedding. Bring your families and have fun!
Once at a Disney resort, you will have access to all of Disney's amazing transportation. For the ceremony, you will be picked up by a wedding specific transportation for our party. (DO NOT drive yourself to the ceremony, they will not let you in!!!) If you are not staying at a Disney resort, you will have to meet at one of them that morning to go to the ceremony. (The locations will be delivered closer to the wedding date as well as schedules) As for the dessert party and the reception, you can take any preferred transportation, (Disney's, drive, uber, etc.) We will be meeting at the Epcot gate for the dessert party and the California Grill for the reception.
No, you can stay anywhere you please. If you do not stay at a Disney resort, you will have to meet at one for the ceremony.
We will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge! We only have club access suits on the room block right now since it is a deluxe resort. If you would like to stay in a studio room without a savanna view please let me know and I will add it to the room block or you can book through Disney/DVC on the travel page.
Sort of...For the rooms we currently have on the room block yes. But DVC is the cheapest option and Disney does have deals every now and then. Our room block is 25%-30% off the price you would pay on Disney's site. If you would rather have the wedding price then the deals on Disney's site, let me know and I can add whatever room/resort you are looking at.
ASAP! For Disney hotels, you can book your hotel with a deposit and pay the rest at check-in making it the best to book as soon as possible. If you need flights, the sooner you book the flight, usually the cheaper. If you are late to the party, just make sure you RSVP by the 45 day out mark. (March 8th 2026)
For everybody: Ceremony transportation, park access for ceremony and dessert party, snacks and drinks at dessert party and reception, full dinner service for reception, FIREWORKS!!!! For those staying at a Disney Suite (1 bedroom or 2 bedroom) through room block: Club access, private lounge, breakfast and other free amenities.
We usually fly into MCO (Orlando airport). You will need your own transportation from the airport to your hotel, as this will not be provided by us or Disney.
Blue, green and orange! This is a Pandora inspired wedding so the colors are more exotic, bright and full of life. I will send out the colors in the official invitations 60 days before the wedding.
If your RSVP does not have a plus one attached to it, then no. If you would like a plus one, contact me so I can see if it's possible to adjust.
Not yet! But there will be.
