Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

They are not taking place at the same venue. The ceremony will be at Church of St. Paul the Apostle. The reception is at Bourne Mansion.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Both locations are wheelchair accessible.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Shuttle buses will be available to bring guests to and from the Hyatt Regency and the reception venue. Guests may drive themselves. There will be valet parking.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is Saturday, September 9, 2023! Please RSVP by returning the RSVP card via mail.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. But please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Please use the hashtag #AllMcHaleTheHegartys so we can see all of your posts! We will also be using The Knot's The Guest app to collect photos from the wedding! What food and drinks will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will begin with cocktail hour which will include various food stations, passed hors d'oeuvre, and an open bar! We will then have a 2 course sit down dinner in which guests will be able to order off a set menu.

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Many aspects of our décor has been rented and needs to be returned.
