Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the venue size and budget constraints we regretfully can't accommodate for kids under the age of 18 to attend

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 23rd, 2025 so we can properly communicate with our coordinator at Trolley 5 and keep the days leading up to our wedding as stress free as possible. Our hotel booking code for Hotel Arts is valid until July 23rd, 2025 however space is not reserved so please book early to ensure your room for our wedding

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in Business Casual or Western Formal (Please refrain from wearing ball caps, however cowboy hats are highly encouraged)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Western Canada High School nearby and there is limited street parking available, however we highly recommend using Uber, Lyft or any other sort of ride-share

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We are not asking for gifts as everyone's presence on our special day is more than enough of a gift to us. If you do feel the need to still get us something, we would accept any sort of contribution to our honeymoon fund as we are planning on either a trip to Japan, the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, or Oktoberfest in Germany

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive early to find your seats as we will be starting promptly at 2pm (We recommend arriving at the venue by 1:30pm so if you need to find parking please plan accordingly as some parking may be a few minutes walk away and no parking spots are guaranteed

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

If there is no +1 noted on your invitation we kindly ask you to either not bring a +1 or reach out to us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any +1's not already accommodated for

The wedding is upstairs, is it accessible?

Answer

There is an elevator from the main floor to the second floor where the events are being held. Please ask a Trolley 5 staff member on the special day if you need to be shown where the elevator is located

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP and inform us of any dietary restrictions when prompted and we will do our best to accommodate
