We also ask that all guests be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and rapid test the night before the event or morning of the wedding. If you are not vaccinated, we do ask that you take more stringent testing precautions and socially distance as much as possible before the event. Please note that many people who have active (and contagious) Covid-19 do not have any symptoms. If you have symptoms the day of the event or if you test positive, we kindly ask you not to attend. We love you and will understand.
There is a large parking lot at the Laurel Picnic Area site. The ceremony and reception approximately a 500 ft. walk slightly up a dirt access road. For guests who may not be able to walk 500ft to the site, you can have another guest or partner drive you up the access road directly to the site, but please know you will need to have someone park your car back in the parking lot. Parking directly at the site is unfortunately very limited and managed by the park. Only cars with a permit will be able to park directly next to the site (this is limited to the bride, groom's Mother, and bride's sister and parents). Dropping off of a guest or items is permitted, but please try to come early so that access is maintained and not blocked for turnaround. Please note, the 500 ft. access road is rocky and might not be best to vehicles that are low to the ground. The wedding site is lumpy grass, dirt, and rock, so please keep functional appropriate shoes in mind. There is running water and a full bathroom nearby, but no electricity. There will likely be no cell phone service. If you have any questions about accessibility or accommodations, please email us ahead of time at courtneyandrichieswedding@gmail.com
You can likely pick one up at a local pharmacy. Alternatively, we have a large supply of free Covid tests you can pick up from us. They do take 30 minutes to process so we ask you to organize pick up in advance. Please text or call Courtney and Richie for advance pick up.
