Question
How do I get to the venue?
Answer
Venue Address: 20325 E Lolo Pass Rd, Rhododendron, OR 97049 Plug in directions in either Apple or Google Maps. Navigation will get you very close, but sometimes has trouble getting you to the correct driveway. From US-26 East, turn left on East Lolo Pass Road. Drive 3.3 miles and the driveway will be on your left. We will have a sign on the road so you can't miss it. *Once you pass the first bridge on E Lolo Pass Rd, you will lose internet and cell reception. FRIDAY EVENT: Drive up the main driveway and park on property of the Sarvay cabin. SATURDAY EVENT: The ceremony will be held at the small neighboring cabin. At the fork in the driveway, turn right and follow the parking attendants for where to park. SUNDAY EVENT: Drive up the main driveway and park on property of the Sarvay cabin.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All events will be held outdoors with the exception of the After Party on Saturday night.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, each event has a specific dress code and can be found on the Schedule tab on our website. Summer Cocktail Attire: light and airy fabrics such as chiffon, linen, or organza. A floral maxi dress, a pastel midi or knee-length dress, as well as a jumpsuit, are all great options. Photo ideas here: https://pin.it/1LAYjJuDT For each event, please wear comfortable shoes (ex. wedges, block heels, flats) as the ground may be uneven.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the intimacy of the venue, we are unable to extend invites for plus ones, unless otherwise specified. We hope to see you there!

Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask for an adults only weekend.

Are dogs welcome?
Answer
We will have our dog Jules with us but please leave your dog at home.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Local transportation is available before the ceremony and after the reception. Post-reception, the driver will be operating from 10pm-1am. If you have not done so already, please reach out to Courtney at volgercourtney@gmail.com if you would like transportation. Transportation will not provided for the Welcome Party or the Farewell Brunch.
