Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Guests are encouraged to dress polished and elevated, while keeping the ranch setting in mind. Footwear suitable for uneven ground – such as block heels, wedges, boots, or flats – is recommended.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception in and around our beautiful barn venue. Come rain or shine, we've got you covered!
Early October in Sedalia can be lovely during the day with highs anywhere around the mid-60s to mid-70's, but evenings can get chilly and drop in temperature. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap, especially for the outdoor ceremony and evening hours.
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time to get settled. We want everyone in their seats and ready to celebrate! Ceremony start time will be included on your formal invitation.
Our venue is located on a private ranch and is only accessible to guests via shuttle. Shuttles will depart from both of our hotel block locations prior to the ceremony. If you are not staying at either hotel, drive to whichever location is most convenient and board from there. See the Schedule page for shuttle details and timing.
Our venue is a private ranch with no general guest parking. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue from both of our hotel block locations, with return service at the end of the evening. If you are not staying at either hotel, plan to drive to whichever hotel is most convenient and board the shuttle there.

Yes, there will be a full open bar throughout the evening.
We'll have bites and snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a BBQ food truck for dinner, plus drinks all night. If you have any dietary needs or allergies, just note them when you RSVP and we'll make sure you're taken care of!
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us. Feel free to snap away during the reception though!

Because we’re celebrating at a private ranch during peak wildfire season in Colorado, open flames of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, joints, candles, sparklers, or anything involving fire, embers, or ash. Vapes (nicotine and cannabis) are permitted.
Our venue is located on a working ranch with natural terrain. If you have specific mobility needs or concerns, please reach out to us directly so we can do our best to accommodate you.
