What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The doors will open at 3:30PM to ensure we are able to start promptly at 4:00PM

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Unfortunately, due to size constraints, unless plus ones are expressly invited by name, we are unable to host additional people.

ARE MY KIDS INVITED?
Answer
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off to celebrate with us responsibility free.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF YOUR WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Answer
During the ceremony, please keep cameras and phones down and out of the way of the photographer. We want pictures of your lovely faces, not devices! Other than that, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #goinggarrett2025 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail/semi-formal please. Ladies: Cocktail dresses, elegant pantsuits, or dressy skirts/tops. Gentlemen: Suits or sport blazers.

From cocktail hour to the last dance the bar is open and the drinks are on us!

I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN. WHAT KIND OF WEATHER CAN I EXPECT?

Generally, early July weather in Philadelphia is mildly warm. You can expect an average of 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit. Feel free to take a peek a week before to double check!

Yes, there will be complimentary parking available.

What is a new home fund?
Answer
We are excited to start our lives together, and we are thankful for your love and support. We have enough belongings, so don't feel obligated to buy a gift for us, your presence is enough! However if you like to give us a gift we would appreciate a contribution toward our new home fund, which will help us move into our dream home! There will be a card box at the reception. There is also a small registry on this page for those who want to buy gifts. We love you!
