When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st, 2025. RSVP’s NEED to be sent to our email: sadlers1010@gmail.com. IF you received an invite to BOTH the reception and the ceremony please RSVP to BOTH by email. Those who were invited to the ceremony would have received TWO different invitations at the same time, one clearly marked as ceremony.

What’s an intimate wedding ceremony?

Answer

An intimate wedding ceremony is a very small and private wedding that focuses on personal connection. In order to keep our day meaningful to us, we have opted to have a small ceremony with our immediate family and wedding party only and then have a bigger celebratory reception afterwards with all our friends and family.

What about plus ones and children?

Answer

In order to keep our special day intimate, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation. Children named on the invitation are more than welcome! *Please do not show up with any unnamed guests*

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and also have linked a household project fund. Both can be found on the “Wedding Registry” tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear semi-formal/dressy causal attire. For your comfort, please dress accordingly as the ceremony and reception will both be at outdoor venues and walking on grass will be unavoidable.

We will provide gluten free and vegan options for dinner and dessert. Please look for items labeled as so.

Parking for the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at Courtland’s parent’s home, please follow the signs to park in the field on the RIGHT side of the driveway ONLY. This is a shared driveway that cannot be blocked and no parking is permitted to the left as it is the neighbor’s property. Please use appropriate caution as you are parking in a field.

Day of communications?

Answer

The bride and groom will not be accessible by phone on wedding day. If you find yourself needing to contact us for any specific reason, please contact Rachel Barth (Courtland’s best maid) at 267-218-3583 and she will do her best to assist you.
