Wedding Shuttle

Transportation will be departing from The DoubleTree Hotel at 3:05 on the day of the wedding. Throughout the reception there will be a bus making returns if you wish to depart early. And a final run for all will be provided at 11:00 PM when the reception ends! The ride to River Bottoms Ranch is 25-30 minutes.

Salt Lake City is a quick 35 minute drive from Park City!
Rental Car
Rental Car, Uber and Lyft
For those of you traveling in with family, or looking to explore the area before the wedding festivities, we recommend grabbing a rental car. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are easy to navigate between Salt Lake and Park City. Once in Park City there is a free bus that can transport you around town and a shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding from the DoubleTree hotel.

AIRBNB or VRBO
For those of you traveling in larger groups we highly recommend you explore renting an airbnb or VRBO! The shuttle to the Ceremony at River Bottoms Ranch will be from the DoubleTree hotel, which is close to many of the Airbnb's in the area. If you do rent, we recommend closer to downtown, Park City proper, or Deer Valley Drive. We would recommend avoiding places near Canyons Resort and Kimball Junction as they are a bit further from the festivities and DoubleTree.

The shuttle to the wedding will be departing The DoubleTree at 3:15 on the day of the wedding. We have a special room rate ($109 before taxes and fees). 1. Click reservation link: https://group.doubletree.com/m3ntjk 2. Confirm your stay dates and update the number of guests 3. The Group Discounted Code will auto-populate under group code. Press ‘Quick Book’ on one of the guest room options. The group rate will include the resort fee. 4. Move forward with payment process to confirm booking You can also make reservations by calling 1 (435) 649-7000 and asking for the Piper Curtin Wedding discounted rates. The discounted rates are available for stay dates May 30, 2025 through June 1, 2025. Reservations must be made on or before April 14, 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate. If the room block is full, please let us know!

Treasure Mountain Inn
Contact Sean at Treasure Mountain Inn at 435-655-6477 and mention the Curtin & Piper wedding. He will honor a 10% discount off their current pricing. If you check back in in May and the current rate is cheaper, they will honor the cheaper rate plus the 10% off. Transportation will not go to and from Treasure Mountain, but if you want to be downtown and are willing to Uber to the DoubleTree, this is a great spot!
