In order to host a safe gathering, all guests will either need to be fully vaccinated or test negative within 72 hours of the event. So that means if you need to get tested, please do so no sooner than Tuesday August 17th, and have your results before arriving at the wedding. You can either opt for a standard COVID test, or a rapid, whichever is more convenient. While masks are not required, you are welcome to bring one if you feel more comfortable wearing one. And lastly, if you are feeling sick in the 2-14 days before the wedding, please reach out to us right away and we ask that you stay home and skip the festivities. On the big day, we will provide hand sanitizer and spare masks in case you forget yours. We will not be sitting more than 8 people to a table and will be keeping members of the same household grouped together as much as possible. Our venue will also only be filled to 50% capacity.
Yes, semi-formal or cocktail attire please. Take this opportunity to get dolled up, it's been a long time since any of us have been able to do that :)
As much as we wish everyone could bring a plus one, we'd like to spend our special day with those nearest and dearest to us. And in light of COVID-19, it is more important than ever that we keep our guest count as low as possible. We ask that you stick to the allotted number and guests specifically listed on your invitation.
We love your little ones, but we ask that you leave them at home with a babysitter for the night. We want this to be a fun night out for you! If your kids are old enough to attend, we have included a spot for them on your invitation.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour in between will be outdoors.
The venue does not have designated parking, but there are public parking lots close to the venue, and our hotel block is walking distance so you can leave your car there as well. We do want you to take full advantage of the open bar and not have to pay for parking, so please consider taking an uber/lyft.
You can include any food allergies in the "dietary restrictions" section when you RSVP. Dinner will feature an unlimited pizza buffet, with 9 different types of pizza, a pasta, and a salad. But don't worry, our caterer is able to accommodate guests who are vegan, or have gluten sensitivities so please make sure to give us these details
