Question
What should I wear?
Answer
Whatever you are comfortable in! The reception will be mostly indoors and therefore temperature controlled, but the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors around sunset. We recommend bringing a coat or warm shawl for the short ceremony if you run cold.

What's the parking situation?
Answer
The venue has a very large parking lot right that's located between the ceremony and reception sites, so there is plenty of parking. The walk between the sites is pretty short and is also flat, but we can assist with transportation for those who need it.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love children (especially yours), but we’d like you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night off, so we’re requesting that the kiddos be left at home with a sitter, unless they are directly involved in the ceremony.

I have a dietary restriction...

No worries! We plan on having a variety of offerings that will accommodate those who are vegetarian and/or gluten free, but if you have additional allergies, just let us know and we are happy to make sure there is something tasty for you to eat.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate with you, and are hoping to keep the event as intimate as possible. To help with this, only those named specifically on the invite should attend.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We'll have a hosted beer and wine bar, as well as sodas, juices, coffee and tea. There is a full bar available though so if a stronger beverage is preferred, they are available for purchase.

What's the timeline look like?
Answer
We recommend arriving the to venue by 3:10pm to allow ample time to park, reach the ceremony site, and find a comfy seat. The ceremony will begin right at 3:30pm, and as soon as it ends the cocktail hour begins at the reception site. The reception will end by 8:30pm.

Ideally as soon as you know you plan to attend, but no later than December 6, 2024.
