When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, September 14.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because Cedar Ridge will remain open for regular business hours ahead of the ceremony, they kindly ask that our guests don't arrive at the venue before 5:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM on the Cedar Ridge property, just outside of the main building.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we're very excited to see you, we aren't too worried about what you're wearing! But if you'd like a baseline to plan your outfit, semi-formal or "Sunday best" would work well (e.g., a dress, nice jumpsuit, dressy separates, khakis or dress pants, a nice shirt, etc.). Our short ceremony will be held on the lawn just outside the main building, weather permitting. The reception will be inside, but you may wish to consider this when choosing your footwear!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Cedar Ridge. There is parking available at the venue.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request for dinner?

Answer

Absolutely! Please note any dietary restrictions or concerns about food allergies on your online RSVP, or reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll work with our caterer to make sure all of our guests are taken care of.

Can you recommend any hotels?

Answer

Our venue is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Cedar Rapids airport, with several nearby hotels for you to choose from! We encourage you to take a look and find one that meets your needs.
