Betsi and Courtney met while teaching at Delaware Valley Alternative Charter School. It was their first teaching job and they became friends right away.

Trudy and Courtney go way back. They first met in 2003 while working at Bonanza in Hazleton, PA. They didn’t hit it off right away but were always running into each other even though they went to different high schools. By chance they both chose to attend Ursinus College where they would become best friends and sorority sisters. Trudy and Courtney have remained close friends throughout the years.

Hannah is Courtney’s little cousin. She is a talented chemical engineer and currently lives in Houston. They are travel partners who have hiked Machu Picchu recently.

Regan is Courtney’s cousin. She lives and thrives in Philadelphia and also graduated from Temple! Courtney loves having her little cousin in her city. Courtney was with Regan the day she met Dan.

Isabella is Courtney’s little cousin. Like most of the Lemon family she is an animal lover and will be attending vet school in the fall!

Emma and Courtney go way back. They were introduced through a mutual friend and immediately became besties. Emma’s witty, fun-loving, and easy going personality is the perfect complement to Courtney.

Gabby Gorin

Gabby is a mutual friend of both Dan and Courtney! In the Fall if 2016 Courtney met up with Gabby for a usual Sunday Funday. This day was special though because it was the day Courtney and Dan met. He asked Gabby a few questions about Courtney and then decided to ask her for her number at Cavanaugh’s. The rest is history.

Lisa is Dan’s favorite sibling! She is a great older sister and amazing mom to Declan and Audrey!

Shay is a former New Yorker turned Philadelphian who first met Dan at Penn State. Years later, he introduced her to Courtney and they became best friends immediately. She is one of Courtney’s travel partners and adventurers!

Renée Lemon Tate

Renée is an amazing mom, wife, dog lover, realtor and so much more. She is super close with Courtney and loves visiting her and Dan in Philadelphia. She recently helped them find their dream home! 🏡
