Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a bus will be provided between the World Equestrian Center (WEC) hotels and our ceremony/reception location of Protea Weddings. WEC is the site of The Equestrian Hotel and The Riding Academy hotel. The bus leaves at 3pm and returns at 10pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code. We encourage formal attire, such as fancy dresses and suits/ties. However, you are welcome to wear anything that makes you feel your most comfortable and beautiful! Please no white dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests are welcome to bring their significant others or a special loved one to celebrate our love! Please include their information in your RSVP so we can make meals, name cards, and seating accordingly. Plus ones should have been included in your invitation, so please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Absolutely! Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs and we will happily work with our catering to accommodate you.
