Are There Hotel Room Blocks Reserved?

Answer

Yes! Room blocks are available for Friday (10/31/25) and/or Saturday (11/1/25) - at both the Hilton Garden Inn and The Ramada located in Indiana, PA.

Is there an online booking link for the hotel(s)?

Answer

Yes, the link to both are posted below. Guests can also call the hotel directly at 724.349.2222 (Hilton Garden Inn) or 724.463.3561 (The Ramada) and ask for reservations under the Germy-Croney Wedding Block. Is there a shuttle service or form of transportation for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will run from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Indiana Country Club continuously from 1:45 PM until 3:00 PM. Return shuttle service from the Indiana Country Club to the Hilton Garden Inn will start at 8:00 PM until 10:30 PM. Shuttle service is complimentary.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:15 PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. Arriving a bit early ensures everything runs smoothly and you won’t miss a moment! Cocktail hour will start shortly after at 4:00 PM.

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your RSVP attend the wedding. Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate a certain number of guests. Your RSVP on our website will show if a guest is included. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, we’re only able to include children specifically listed on the RSVP due to space and planning considerations. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at the venue.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar available at the reception for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. We’ll also be doing a dollar dance, so feel free to bring a little cash if you’d like to share a special dance with the bride or groom!
