For the welcome party, we invite you to dress in cocktail attire. The wedding day is fall formal attire. Gentlemen should opt for dark suits and ties, while ladies should wear long or ankle-length dresses. Given our outdoor venue, we suggest block heels for comfort.
Bridesmaids will be in a palette of raspberry and olive tones. Groomsmen will be in classic tuxedos. While we're sharing this to help with outfit planning, we warmly invite guests to choose any color (except white, of course!) that makes them feel beautiful and confident.
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 24th so we can plan accordingly!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We’ll provide exact shuttle departure times closer to the event, please check the schedule and travel tabs for updates. If you plan on ubering, please schedule a ride in advance and plan to arrive 20 minutes early. Parking is limited if you choose to drive.
Yes, transportation will be provided for both the welcome party and the wedding, but only from/to the Hampton Inn. The schedule and travel tabs will be updated with shuttle information closer to our wedding weekend. If you plan on staying elsewhere, please schedule an uber in advance. Rideshares are available, but limited.
There is limited attended parking on site at Hewitt Oaks but we advise caution if driving. The road into our venue is quite long and bumpy, privately owned, and not maintained by Hewitt Oaks. We encourage our out of town guests to either take provided transportation shuttles or schedule rideshare services.
We love your little ones! But this is an adult only event.
