Bethany and TJ met on a dating app while living in Charlotte, NC, never expecting that their perfect match had been growing up just miles away from one another in Syracuse, NY. Life took them on different journeys, only to bring them together at the perfect time. From their very first date, it felt like coming home—like they had finally found the person they had been waiting for all along.

TJ had planned to recreate their very first date—a hike through the mountains of NC—but when they arrived, the trail had been left bare by recent wildfires and hurricanes. So they changed course and ended up at Veronét Vineyards, a place where they loved, tucked away in it's peaceful atmosphere. As the sun set and the last guests left, they found themselves walking alone along the edge of the vineyard. Hand-in-hand, TJ stopped, turned to Bethany, got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever with him—a quiet, heartfelt moment that couldn’t have been more perfect!
