Is there a dress code?

Formal attire. I know this is Florida, but please leave your jeans, flip flops, and Hawaiian shirts at home!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site at The White Rose. Cars cannot be left overnight after the reception. Please be responsible.

Cocktail hour?

Answer

As long as weather permits, we kindly ask that all guests enjoy the outdoor patio and lawn during cocktail hour. There will be access to restrooms and the bar indoors. The reception area will not be open for guests until after cocktail hour.

What will weather be like?

Answer

I’m no meteorologist, but we’re hoping for no rain and somewhat cooler weather than this summer has been. Do not feel like you have to wear a suit jacket if it is 90 degrees out! It is Florida. We would like to not have to do CPR on our wedding day :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Will there be an open bar?

Beer, wine, and 2 specialty drinks to choose from will be on us as a thank you for celebrating with us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

PLEASE just don’t. I know you’re excited, but people have traveled from near and far to attend. Please don’t be that person. We have an amazing photographer for a reason!
