What is the dress code for the event?

Answer

This will be a casual elegance event. Wear whatever you feel comfortable and awesome in, no jeans please!

Please refer to your invatation; those listed on the invitation are those we are expecting!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Normally yes, but October 4th happens to fall on the first weekend of Oktoberfest in the Leavenworth area so many hotels are filling up fast. If you are planning on staying Friday and/or Saturday night, PLEASE make your arrangements sooner rather than later. Hotels in Cashmere, Peshastin, Leavenworth, and Wenatchee are all within 20 minutes of the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is abundant parking available. When you arrive, please allow one of the staff from Beecher Hill to park your car.

Please be at Beecher Hill House by 4:00pm.
