Cocktail Attire is the dress code for our celebration. We invite you to choose an outfit that makes you feel confident and stylish—just avoid jeans. Think dressy and polished, perfect for an evening of festivity and fun.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Normally yes, but October 4th happens to fall on the first weekend of Oktoberfest in the Leavenworth area so many hotels are filling up fast. If you are planning on staying Friday and/or Saturday night, PLEASE make your arrangements sooner rather than later. Hotels in Cashmere, Peshastin, Leavenworth, and Wenatchee are all within 20 minutes of the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Ample parking is available at the venue. Upon arrival, the staff at Beecher Hill will guide you to the designated parking areas, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to our celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at Beecher Hill House between 4:00 and 4:15 PM. Please plan to be seated by 4:15 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
