There is limited parking at our venue so we ask that you carpool if you can. There will be a parking attendant there to help with parking and an off duty officer to help with traffic.
If your child is invited, their name will be on the rsvp. We are trying to limit kids to the bridal party and close family. Thanks for your understanding!
Our ceremony will start at 4:45. Please arrive by 4:30 so you have plenty of time to park and find a seat before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after 4:40, you will be asked to wait until the bridal party has walked down the aisle.
Our dress code is semi formal. We ask that you wear something that you are comfortable in but that you would wear on a nice date.
The ceremony will be outside but it will be quick. Cocktail hour will be outside but there will be plenty of shade. The reception will be in doors with plenty of air conditioning.
While the weather is hard to predict, the temperature usually sits in the low to mid 80s. If it were to rain, we do have a backup plan for the ceremony.
The bar will be open during cocktail hour until the end of reception. We will have wine, beer, champagne and two signature mixed drinks. We will have a charcuterie board for snacking during cocktail hour. Dinner will have a meat and a choice of multiple sides. We can have vegan and vegetarian options available. Please be sure to mark that on your rsvp.
We will have an open bar during our cocktail hour and reception so please help yourself. Please drink responsibly and make sure you have a designated driver. Unfortunately, we can not leave any cars on the property after 10pm so be aware of that.
We have booked two different hotel blocks for guests but they are first come first serve. You can also check air bnb for some great options. Redbank, north shore, downtown, & east ridge will get you to the venue in 25-30 minutes with no traffic.
We would love for you take as many pictures as you would like during the cocktail hour and the reception. We are asking for all phones and cameras to be put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the night. We love them (and you will too!)
We will only be doing RSVPs online to cut down on paper and make the organization of the guest list more streamline. We appreciate your understanding!
A gift is not required, but we will have a table by the guest book area for gifts.
We are cutting off rsvps on May 1st. This is to ensure we have the space and enough food for everyone.
