If you are not staying on the property, we will have 20 (total) parking passes for you to park at the pavilion/venue. When you RSVP, please let us know if you are not staying on the property so we can ensure you get a parking pass. All other guests not staying on the property without a parking pass will need to park at the public parking lot ($3 per car) or make other arrangements and carpool up to sky ranch lodge.
The venue has a liquor license for beer and wine, only. They do not allow for hard alcohol inside the wedding venue. What guests drink in their hotel rooms is their own business, of course. Our bar will offer: a variety of beer on tap, canned, and bottled, a variety of wine and champagne, as well as fireball, beatbox cocktails, white claws, smirnoff ice, malibu splash, and pre-mixed margaritas.
Yes - but we are trying to keep the party small and intimate. We have indicated on your invitation how many guests we are accounting for from your party. We have definitely included families with kids that are travelling out of state. :) If you need special accommodations, please reach out to Courtney.
August can still be pretty warm which is why we made it the very last day. :) The ceremony might be high 80s with it cooling down at sunset. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outdoors. There will be shade after the ceremony and we will do our best to keep everyone cool. :)
Sedona holds a really special place in our hearts and when we reconnected during covid, our only options to travel were to Sedona and Flagstaff. we took a few day trips to each to enjoy some outdoor adventures.
