Ceremony parking is available on Bishop Boulevard in front of the chapel. Parking is allowed only along the inner median. Guest parking is not allowed along the outer curbs indicated as fire lanes. Reception parking is available at the Elm Street Parking Garage directly across the street from the venue. Guests will receive a validation token upon arrival, which will be used when exiting the garage.
Hand sanitizing stations will be available at the reception. Dining tables will be 6 feet apart from each other. The venue will provide condiments only upon request, and in single use portions. The Room on Main has trained all employees on appropriate cleaning and disinfections, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette and will screen employees before coming into the venue. The employees will wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the venue, and between interactions with attendees. Employees will also be wearing disposable gloves and disposable masks and changing them often throughout the event. Employees will be required to wear face coverings and gloves throughout the entire event. The staff will frequently clean and disinfect any regularly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, tables, and chairs and frequently clean restrooms. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, soap and water, or similar disinfectant products we be readily available to employees, and attendees.
