Question

I received your Save The Date, but I haven’t gotten my Invite yet. When are you sending that out?

Answer

Donnie and I will not be sending a paper Invitation. To save on paper and cost, you can find all of our wedding information here on our website. If you have any questions, you can contact Donnie’s mom, Becky Byers. Her contact info is on the travel page. Please don’t forget to RSVP before September 1st in order for your meal to be secured and for us to have a good idea of how many people will be helping us celebrate our special day.

Question

How are you going to be staying in the Washington State guidelines at your wedding for COVID-19?

Answer

Donnie and I are doing our very best to stay within the state ordnance’s. We are looking at Inslee’s updates frequently. With our research, we are happy that we will be on a private, outdoor 20 acre property. Because of that, There will be plenty of space to social distance and if you do get closer than 6ft we advise you to wear a face covering. Face coverings will be required at the ceremony. Catering will be served by the employees, so you won’t have to worry about cross contamination. Other tables will have individual use utensils and pens and there will be hand sanitizer dispersed around the whole venue. We encourage you to have your own mask but we will have some to provide if you forget and need one. But we will not have enough to everyone. We will be using a red, yellow and green bracelet system that you can pick up at the cards and guest book table that will be based on your comfort levels. We highly recommend you use so everyone feels comfortable once you’re at the venue.

Question

Will you be requiring people to get COVID-19 tests in order to attend your wedding?

Answer

We will not be requiring you to get COVID-19 testing to come to the wedding. We are leaving it to the honor system that you will ensure your health and safety of others when planning to attend with us. We are determined through this difficult time to still enjoy our special day that we’ve been anticipating for over 6 years. If you don’t feel comfortable, or have any coughing, shortness of breath, a fever of over 100 or possibility of exposure to COVID-19, please keep yourself and others safe by staying at home.

Question

Will your wedding be streamed for people who can’t make it?

Answer

Yes! We will be going Live on Facebook for any guests that are not able to attend. We are very excited for the opportunity that technology has given to feel close to others during this difficult time. Stay tuned for details on this, and if you are interested in this option, please contact Donnie or Taylor to be on the list of people who will be invited to that live stream.

Question

Will masks be required at the wedding?

Answer

We are requiring everyone attending the wedding to wear a face covering during the ceremony. This is for everyone’s safety. Donnie and Taylor will do their best to social distance the seats as much as possible. If you don’t wish to sit next to someone you may move yourself to the back and stand in the yard available to have your own space. After the ceremony, it is up to you whether you’d like to keep your face covering on. We will have plenty of room to social distance on the property for those who do not wish to wear one or feel more comfortable with the space. Like I said above, we will also have a red, yellow and green bracelet system that we recommend you use that is based off your comfort level. These can be picked up at the cards and guest book area at the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Of course! If Donnie and Taylor did not put someone on your invite that you wish to bring with you, please contact either of them to ask for them to add your plus one to your invite. Once they are added you will see their name pop up with yours on your RSVP.
