Red Hawk Resort + Casino

We have reserved a block at the Red Hawk Casino Hotel. To book either a Deluxe King (1 bed) or Deluxe Queen (2 beds) room within the room block, please call the hotel and give them the discount code. Discounted pricing through our block will remain until rooms are sold out, so be sure to call the hotel to book as soon as possible. We will have a private shuttle running continuously between Red Hawk and Sequoia Mansion during our wedding. We encourage everyone to stay at the Red Hawk Casino Hotel, but if you have booked a room at a different hotel in Placerville and are interested in utilizing the shuttle, please let us know.

Shuttle Service

We are arranging for a private shuttle service between the Red Hawk Casino and Sequoia Mansion. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Casino Hotel for the ceremony (depart by 4:25). It will then be available continuously as needed between the hotel and wedding venue. Additional information will be provided when available. We encourage everyone to stay at the Red Hawk Casino Hotel, but if you have booked a room at a different hotel in Placerville and are interested in utilizing the shuttle, please let us know.

Travel Note

Parking

We will have an open bar and we would love for you to make the most of it! Please consider carpooling or utilizing ride share apps. We will also have a shuttle running between the Casino Hotel and the venue, so you can park at the Casino (free parking) and take the shuttle from the hotel lobby. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to park and take the shuttle. If you choose to drive to the venue, there is a small parking lot onsite and additional parking in a dirt lot across the street. There is also street parking.
